Return Policy
Nobody likes receiving dodgy goods. While we do our best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt. Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders (and we’re pretty proud of that!), but then they do arise, we’ll handle it!
Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items
Da Boss Mango will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item of concern, Da Boss Mango will arrange a reprint and send out a replacement at no charge. You don’t have to bother yourself to return the incorrect/damaged goods.

Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of each item that we print, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to
- Customer prefers another sizing.
- Customer ordered the wrong colour or design.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
